Plum purple wedding invitations with fuchsia belt and oval brass buckle
Deep purple and hot fuchsia pink make a gorgeous, modern combination as shown in bouquets put together by Fiftyflowers.com. We used this combination to create these luxe purple wedding invitations. The heavyweight Plum purple background card and white overlay was wrapped with a Fuchsia pink grosgrain belt and finished with a solid brass buckle. The overlay was printed with Japanese vintage clip art, sold at Formal-Invitations.com with 453 other Japanese designs scanned on a cd, plus in book form for only $14. The invitations were also from Formal-Invitations.com for an affordable 98¢ each, including envelope. We love the eco-chic, luxe designs for less!

Shell wedding invitations with Fuchsia Grosgrain Belt and Oval Brass Buckle
Pretty pink and fuchsia wedding invitations were inspired by Bride’s color school featured this month. We used a heavyweight Shell pink background card and a crisp white overlay wrapped with a Fuchsia grosgrain belt. The ribbed belt was embellished with a solid brass oval buckle for a modern touch. Even though they look expensive, they were only 98¢ each from Formal-Invitations.com, including envelope.

Vanilla Wedding Invitations with Brown Grosgrain Belt and 14k Envelope Liner
We used the colors from this decadent dessert shown in Elegant Bride to create these belted cream wedding invitations. The heavyweight Vanilla cream background card was layered with a white overlay and wrapped using a rich dark brown grosgrain belt creating a modern look. A textured, metallic gold envelope liner was also added for additional sparkle. The price was a sweet 74¢ each, including envelope with liner from Formal-Invitations.com. We also love the papers were made from 100% recycled post consumer fibers, making it a smart, earth-friendly choice.

Watermelon Pink Wedding Invitations with Black Grosgrain Belt
Glamour magazine readers say bright pink is a “do” …and we agree! We created these gorgeous hot pink wedding invitations using the Watermelon heavyweight card and white overlay secured with a mini silver brad, then wrapped the cards with a chic black fabric belt. The white overlay was printed using vintage French Provincial clip art, sold separately at Formal-Invitations.com, for $14 which includes book of 224 designs scanned on a cd. The invitation was also a great price of only 66¢ each, with envelope from Formal-Invitations.com

Floral Lemon yellow wedding invitations with blue plaid belt
Glamour magazine put together this modern ensemble mixing plaid and patterns… we used the idea to create these gorgeous yellow wedding invitations. The heavyweight Lemon background card was layered with a white overlay, then wrapped with a chic blue plaid belt for a modern twist. We used vintage French clip art to print the gorgeous floral motif on the overlay, the book with cd of scanned images was available for $14 from Formal-Invitations.com, as well as the invitation for an amazing 98¢ each, with envelope.
